A New Chapter: Running for Hope Council

I'm excited to officially share that I'm running for Councillor in the District of Hope's 2026 municipal election!

This is an opportunity I've approached with a great deal of thought, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for community involvement.

Through my professional work in government and my involvement in local arts, heritage and community initiatives, I've developed a strong interest in how communities grow, how public decisions are made and how residents can participate in shaping the places they call home.

Hope is a community with a remarkable history, a strong sense of place and people who contribute so much of their time and energy to making things happen.

I'm passionate about community development, meaningful public engagement and the opportunities we have to create spaces where people feel connected.

As a candidate for Councillor, my platform focuses on three areas:

  • Responsible Growth & Infrastructure

  • Transparent & Accountable Local Government

  • A Connected & Livable Hope

I'm looking forward to sharing more about myself, learning from residents and having conversations about the issues and opportunities facing our community.

Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to connect with me!
